Adults-only apartments 150 metres from Blanca Beach in central Puerto del Carmen
Location & Grounds
The complex sits 150 metres from Blanca Beach and a 3-minute walk from the seafront promenade. Guests reach the marina in 10 minutes on foot, and the Biosfera Shopping Centre is a 10-minute walk away. A steep hill connects the property to the main strip, with alternative side roads available for easier access.
Apartments
Each soundproofed apartment includes a kitchenette with a ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The lounge area has a sofa and satellite TV, and every unit offers a private balcony or terrace. Apartments are cleaned regularly, with towels replaced twice weekly and fresh bedding provided on request.
Dining & Bar
A poolside bar serves snacks and drinks throughout the day, and room service is also available. The bar operates a daily happy hour from 4 pm to 5 pm (except Tuesdays). Guests can order cooked breakfasts, lunches, and cocktails directly from the bar staff.
Pool & Wellness
The outdoor freshwater pool is heated and open year-round, with a pool bar adjacent. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided on the sun terrace, and additional loungers are available in the rear garden area. A public bath and solarium are also part of the complex.
